MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Job Description
  • Responsible for maintaining electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and related systems.
  • Supervises and assigns the work of maintenance contractors.
  • Inspects work for completeness.
  • Coordinates or installs, inspects, repairs and maintains the electrical, plumbing, mechanical and other related systems.
  • Coordinates renovations of existing facilities and the construction of new facilities.
  • Ability to meet and deal tactfully and courteously with fellow employees and vendors/contractors.
  • He should be well qualified & experienced in maintenance field. Preferably has knowledge of computer and good communication skills.

Eligibility Criteria

·         Preferably Diploma in civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

·         Proficient in Hindi, English and Bengali.

·         Computer literacy
