  MANAGER OPERATIONS

Job Description

• Reports to the Deputy General Manager (D.G.M.)/ General Manager (G.M.).
• Work extensively each day with the Department of Housekeeping, Front Office, Room Service, F & B Service etc to meet high standards
• Attain exceptional scores for Guest Service & Guest Satisfaction
• Ensure proper training programs and procedures in conjunction with D.G.M. / G.M.
• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel and ensuring the correspondence reports submitted to D.G.M. / G.M.
• Cover shifts and schedules as needed.
• Expect to come out with innovative ideas to reduce unnecessary cost & efforts in the system

·         Degree in Hotel management

·         Computer literacy
